Calendar features
If an expert chooses to connect their Google or Outlook calendar, PracticA reads when they are busy so it only offers appointment times when they are free, and keeps their PracticA appointments in their calendar. Appointments in a calendar show only the type of appointment and a case code, never a name. PracticA never shares calendar information with anyone else.
